1、Apply for new installation

Notes
1) The address where to be installed has been covered by Welink broadband network.
2)The subscriber should provide valid identity certificate for signing the order as bellows:
3) After signing the order and before installation, you should pay setup fee, annual fee and the first month fee( or the package fee) .
4) Please keep the contract and receipt properly for possible later use.
2、Payment
1. Remittance through Bank

When you remit money, please note your Customer ID(last 4 number) and payment period.
For example: 0025,1.5,2017-30.5,2017 (ID:MYC201705010025)
After transfer from bank please call and inform to 09404230886.
We will send you the e-invoice through email after we receive the payment.
2. Pay in Showroom

3. Credit collector will come and collect money
If you are not ok to pay by No. 1 & 2. Our credit collector will collect money at your home or office.
Before they come, they will call you and make an appointment first. Remark :( they can collect on
only weekdays and within working hours)
3. Stop Services
1) Please pay the fees of next period before due date, otherwise GT will suspend network services within 5 days after due date.
2) If you do not pay the fees for over 90 days, GT reserves the right to terminate the services.
3) For above, the network will be valid again within 24 hours after you pay the fees.
